SSL support for gitlab pages

The new Gitlab Pages system requires a separate IP address to support SSL and custom domains. This is a pain as it will need additional work to setup on nexus.

I can look into this as it would be useful for some of the projects currently hosted on gitlab-pages-ce (ie, pacman v ghosts, the fossgalaxy homepage).
