Allow terrain to set/alter properties of the game objects on them
Terrain/resources should be able to effect the objects that stand on them. This would allow more tactical games to be created.
For example:
- Standing on a hill terrian provides an attack bonus for ranged combat
- Forest tiles provide a movement penalty to units
- When building a building, executing an action on this terrain provides a bonus (eg, more food for a farm on a floodplane)
To do this, terrian (or terrian types if it's not mutable) would need to support parameters like game objects do.
