Provide user customisable scoreboards

The improved scoreboard system that I started to work on in Spain.

The system consists of a table that has a series of entries:

• Each can have 3 (organiser decided) score columns.
• The names and visibility of these columns can be set by the user
• Javascript data tables allow for client-side filtering
