Accessing a user profile displays the currently logged in user's submissions

When navigating to a user's profile, the agents that user submitted should be displayed. Instead the page always reflects the user who is browsing the page,

eg. https://comp.fossgalaxy.com/accounts/profile/hanabi_piers/ should show HanabiPiers but instead shows HanabiIGGI and Demo Submission when logged in as webpigeon.
