Feature lives score zero

Joseph Walton-Rivers requested to merge feature-lives_score_zero into master

Following the discussion with James, @solar1992 and Jakob this adds a feature to the game engine, namely:

  • RunZeroGame - when the players have zero lives left, the score will be treated as zero.
